No: WBRERA/A/DAR/2025/000657) is legally bound to disclose accurate information, follow fair practices, and give you recourse if something goes wrong. Always verify the RERA number before engaging any developer or agent.

Typically 15–30 working days from the date of execution of the sale deed. This includes stamp duty payment, e-registration on the WBRS portal, and physical document collection from the Sub-Registrar’s office.
