How long does the property registration process take in West Bengal?
Typically 15–30 working days from the date of execution of the sale deed. This includes stamp duty payment, e-registration on the WBRS portal, and physical document collection from the Sub-Registrar’s office. What documents do I need to list my property with Fox Realtors?
You’ll need: (1) Original title deed / sale deed, (2) Mutation certificate, (3) Latest property tax receipt, (4) NOC if applicable, and (5) Your identity proof.
